FAQs / How To Book
Step 1
Choose a tour and the dates you would like to travel.
Step 2
Proscenium will provide a quotation based on the dates you would like to travel, your potential group size and the tour you have chosen.
Step 3
Advertise the trip at your school and find out how many students would like to come on the tour.
Step 4
Collect a deposit from each individual who would like to travel and we will then confirm your booking. (This amount is $250 for tours in low season and $350 during peak season May to August).
Step 5
Pay for your tour. This is usually done in two installments.
Step 6
At least 30 days before the commencement of your tour you will receive your travel documents and everything you need for your trip.
Step 7
Pack you bags and get ready for the trip of a lifetime!
Step 8
Arrive in London where you will be greeted by your Proscenium tour manager.
