  With increasing numbers of international students, we are all looking at ways to enhance the study abroad experience. By offering a one-stop shop for exactly what your international students need - from airport transfers to excursions to social evenings - Proscenium is here to help.

• UPON ARRIVAL - WELCOME SERVICES FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

  If you would like to make your international students feel especially welcome upon arrival, Proscenium can help.

• AIRPORT TRANSFERS / MEET AND GREET

  Standard Service: Airport transfers/coach hire from all London Airports

Bronze Service: Airport transfer plus Proscenium meet and greet staff to liase with students on site upon arrival.

Gold Service: For a higher level of service Proscenium can also provide a guide for each coach to act as an escort to your universitys residence halls. Each guide would provide practical/cultural orientation information so that your students feel fully prepared for their time in the United Kingdom from the moment they step off the plane.

• STARTER PACKS

  In conjunction with TouchdownReady, Proscenium can also provide welcome packs for your students. These contain a practical information booklet on everything from currency, to working, to healthcare, as well as maps, phone cards and even mobile phones.
